Please welcome our newest attorney, Emily A. Hall!
Sage Legal Group is honored to announce their newest team member—Attorney Emily A. Hall, J.D.
A Miami native and Marquette Law graduate, Emily joins us with over 7 years of experience in estate planning, elder law, family law, estate and trust administration.
As an estate planner, Emily assists her clients with creating a comprehensive estate plan, including revocable trusts, wills, marital property agreements, powers of attorney, HIPAA waivers, and special needs trusts.
Emily’s elder law practice focuses on assisting clients with long-term care asset protection planning and special needs trusts. In addition, she helps families navigate the adult guardianship process for special needs children turning 18 years old, and elderly or disabled adults in need of guardianship.
Emily’s family law practice includes contested divorce and paternity cases, collaborative divorce, and prenuptial agreements. Understanding the sensitive nature of family law issues, she can offer her clients support and empathy through the process.
Emily approaches her estate administration with care and compassion and helps families through non-contested estate administration.
Emily was selected to the 2023 and 2024 Wisconsin Rising Stars list by SuperLawyers for her excellence in family law practice.
Emily is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association, the Association for Women Lawyers, and the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin.
Emily serves as the chair of the Elder Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association, and she serves as a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Bar Relations Committee. In addition, Emily has presented CLE programs for the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Business Institute, and State Bar of Wisconsin Elder Law and Special Needs Section/Wisconsin National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Emily has contributed to the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law and State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Section Blog, and has served on the State Bar of Wisconsin Family Law Workshop Planning Committee.
